Re: Play off dates

I think I am right in saying that usually the team's that came 3rd or 4th have home advantage in the second leg.

Re: Green Park Match Day Parking

Just noticed this evening posters up in Costco saying parking on Match Days will be limited to two hours. Not sure how they will enforce it, unless they are prepared to had out tickets or put in some cameras. Not even sure what rights they will have to clamp/fine you you as long as you nip in to Cos...

BraisingsteakRoyal Have you all forgotten about all his cringeworthy "flaaaaames - wooooorldy" business?

For that reason alone, I couldn't be more out.

I never worked out what he was actually trying to flog, what was/is Flames ?

Re: BFTG - Fulham Home

Just wanted to add how funny I though it was when their player, in his haste to grab the ball that was flying out for a corner, caught it and placed in on the corner, without realizing he had caught it when it was still in play and therefore gave away a free kick instead.

Re: BFTF ...Some hazy blobs...(H)

It would really help if the officials could be given the opportunity to explain the reasons rather than leave it up to speculation or the poor chap on the tannoy try to explain. If this was with the press, they could reasonably put the point, did you check outside just before the second half, could ...

Re: BFTG - 'uddersfield

Has there been a rule change. Huddersfield had a player treated on the pitch and once the trainer went off, he was allowed to continue without going off the pitch and waiting for the referee to allow him back on. Yep, new rule. Thanks for that. Do you know how does the ref decide who stays on and w...

Apparently Rakkels is definitely a break so will be out until Feb. Might be an idea for the team to try and sign a striker before the deadline closes.

Re: What have you done to express your feelings about the way the club is being run?

I renewed my season ticket today, but I may regret it..... I left it late because the club take the money straight away and since the deadline was nowhere near, why would I want to renew early? I now get an extra month before my credit card statement comes through. If they want earlier than early r...

Saw him playing for the U21's last night. Nothing special, except one good pass which led to an England goal.

Re: Strangely optimistic about next season.

I listened to some of McDermott on round at Sir John's on Jack FM today.

Sounded like they both felt that loanees were the issue and they both wanted to return to the Reading way, which they compared favourably with Leicester (low cost signings with a team mentality).

Re: £3million for Ola John

Its a no from me. Starting to resemble Royston Drenthe, rather than Jimmy Kebe. Don't you think he has been misused a bit in the last couple of games? He is most effective when he is played wide on the left. Brian has played him in a 4-3-3 as one of the forwards or sitting in the pocket behind the ...

Re: MATCH THREAD : Hull City (h) sponsored by a Deniss Rakels hair makeover

genome Interesting comments from Brian about the summer. Hopefully he's not making a rod for his back there, but it clearly sounds like he's planning some big changes and is aware how pivotal it is.

Thinly veiled comments about none of the loan players coming back.

That's how I read it as well.
