Re: Summer Rebuild

Is anyone feeling the same as me at the moment? The club expects us to renew ST's but give us no idea of who is staying and going, what is happening to the players out of contract (as much as they can tell us) what our plans are for new recruits (just a short statement would be useful i.e. we do or ...

Re: Summer Tour

There's a mistake in the coach trip directions.

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit ontoKazanskoye sh./Казанское ш./а/д Волга/E22/М7 should read:

Re: Summer Tour

I am up for this but need to know a bit more than "we are leaving on July 5 and back in 10 days" Sods law says I'll be in Thailand when they are in Malaysia and vice versa.

Once we know I'll book some flights.

Re: What is the point in HRK

Last year of his contract, what are the odds HRK will suddenly have a blinding season akin to his end of Premier League performances. Let's get his Premier league performances into perspective. He and his agent told everyone how good he was that season. If you look at his goals scored for example m...

Re: Can we just have a LOL thread for this man please...

He should be forced to watch Reading for 3 years. That would be a fitting punishment that with the current team would put a clear message out to others that RFC treats this sort of behaviour as totally unacceptable.

Re: Expectations for next season

I think with all of the impending changes to the roster we'll get off to a slow start. Then one of two things will happen. Either the team will gel, their form will improve and they'll end the season in comfortable mid-table obscurity or they'll be in the relegation battle to the last day of the se...

Re: Likely line up for first day next season?

I'd only keep Feds not the other 2 as they are replaceable. But losing Feds will be like losing 10 points next season. I would seriously try and offload/ get rid of/not re sign Pearce, Karacan, Obita, McCleary, HRK. Pog and Blackman. Use the money to pay Feds, Mackie and 2 strikers. Play some of the...

Re: Likely line up for first day next season?

Gk: ? Rb: Gunter Cb: Hector Cb: ? Lb: ? Rw: Stacey Cm: Karacan Cm: Williams Lw: HRK St: Pog St: ? I would not be at all surprised if with the right offer both McCleary and Obita were to go. Sadly HRK will start as Clarke loves him and he is on contract - and no one in their right mind would buy him ...

Re: Rotherham Match Thread - Sponsored By Clolarkelol

Just don't buy this "meaningless" game theory. It's not meaningless if: - you support RFC. We want to win don't we? - you are playing for a contract next season (unless you don't want one) - you believe that momentum into next season matters - you are Steve Clarke who's current league rec...

Re: Steve Clake - New Poll

We all hate the situation we find the club in at the moment so anyone on here who says it's a witch hunt against Clarke is wrong. The only thing that has saved his job has been the cup run. But give us the choice of a cup run next year or relegation and we all know what we would take. The facts spea...

Re: Steve Clake - New Poll

Really I am not bashing Clarke but just happen to think that a return of 7 point sin 12 games is dire. So: Yakubu - he said himself signing him was a no brainer. I think he mean't he had no brain but I may be wrong..... Does anyone on this board, unless they have not had a few beers and a chaser or ...

Re: Did anyone stay for the lap of appreciation?

I stayed but was as much to see the body language of the team as anything else. They all looked totally pissed off. To a man. There was a real sense of feeling that this was a good bye from many and those that didn't look like they were going to leave looked even more pissed off than those who we kn...

Re: Steve Clake - New Poll

He hasn't got any decent strikers. I repeat - he hasn't got any decent fcuking strikers!! Blooming nora - anyone with half a fcuking brain knew we'd struggle once Alfie was sold. In addition, Murray was not replaced when he left. I'm watching the game now - my god we miss him. Always in the right p...
