Re: MATCHWATCH : Blackburn Rovers (h)

They are there for the taking on the break - leaving so much space. Fresh legs needed to fully exploit it

Re: MATCHWATCH : Blackburn Rovers (h)

genome just me who thought that Semedo challenge was horrific

I let out a groan. Initially thought it was higher than the replay showed, so yellow was probably right

Re: MATCHWATCH : Rotherham united (a)

As happy as I am to see any of the attacking players get a slither of rest, Pauno's subs are bizarre. He loves a player out of position

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (a)

FWIW fans always massively overreact to losses against bottom of the table. Its like the implicit assumption is bottom of the table means they will lose comfortably every game, whereas in reality they only lose around half the time, so for the other half they picked up results, deservedly or not. N...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (a)

This game has been the absolute case for resting Joao/Olise/Ejaria, who I still believe must be exhausted and at risk of injury. With them on the bench we literally couldn't have done worse, and would actually have the option to influence the game with subs. STOP SAYING THEY ARE EXHAUSTED. THE WORD...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (a)

Not justified? We’ve just put in one of the most inept, blunt, incompetent displays against one of the worst teams the championship has seen for a while and we are supposed to be challenging for promotion. We are in a playoff battle after years of being shite. Upsets happen - we were more dangerous...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (a)

Who cares if they were on the bench? They’d only get a few minutes with Pauno in charge! Yep - we are currently operating under the worst case scenario of no rotation and very late subs. It continues to compound the issue (but lol at all the bedwetting here) Not justified? We’ve just put in one of ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Middlesbrough (h)

Argument already made mate They were good chances which should have at least resulted in shots on target. We fluffed our lines End of . You’re being unrealistic. A chance like Rino’s - about 20 yards out, slightly wide of goal - is unlikely to result in a shot on target and even less likely to resu...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Middlesbrough (h)

I am already mentally preparing myself for this club finishing 7th. Bye Omar, enjoy Germany. Hope we at least sign McIntyre. I can't see this season ending in anything other than playoff disappointment, whether failing to make them, or limping to 5th-6th and struggling to compete thanks to more inj...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (a)

Wycombe are shit but hard working and organised based on what we saw at our place. This should be tough but as near certain 3 points as you get in this league for an away game. Been very disappointed with Ejaria and Yiadom. But this is the sort of game where Ejaria's skill may shine and we don't ne...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Middlesbrough (h)

I'm not interested. You obviously think all headed chances and long shots are of equal value because of some numbers on a spreadsheet. Which is nonsense. Missed the second half (doesn't sound like I missed much...) so only just seen this. I have never claimed all shots [from the same location] are ...
