Sutekh Goals for both Tanner and Fosu as substitutes yesterday.

It seems that sections of the ever deluded Green Army consider Tanner as a Janner already. http://pasoti.co.uk/talk/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=97184

Bit premature and by no means certain, but not impossible. No need to cater foodwise. The vast majority of those attending would have quite sufficient eating their pre season words about Stam

Lives in the same block as my Mum, near Caversham Bridge. A gentleman. Does he carry in your Mum's shopping? But seriously, it's heartening to hear him described as a gentleman. Can't think of too many of those wearing a RFC shirt of recent times. Perhaps Ingi and Gunnar. Don't forget Bobby Convey ...

Re: Pop up ads 2

I've been meaning to post about this for weeks. This website is completely unusable on my phone. The ads are horrific. Probably the worst I've seen anywhere on the Internet, including late night websites. On a related note, when browsing in Chrome on my phone I'm unable to navigate multi page threa...

Re: The King of Thailand

I am grateful to the Thai consortium for stepping in and at least providing enough for the team to perform reasonably at Championship level. As such, I feel that a mark of respect is fair enough, but once only. This is a British club, playing in the UK. I would like to think that the hours I and man...

Sutekh
bobby m's syrup Only 4 goals in the entire Championship this afternoon. :-0

Does that include Barnsley's second at Brentford?

And it's funny as it's the same figure as the number of shots Reading have had on target in the last 3 games.

5 now, Barcelona & Hove Albion have scored

Re: Team/Predictions/crowd - Huddersfield (H)

Over on their board, they seem to be a reasonable bunch. They have a bloody good side at the mo too. Let's leave the petty infighting to the likes of Barcelona & Hove Albion.

LOL at the guy who thinks the Madstad is in West Reading, but perhaps they haven't got Google in Yorkshire yet.

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

For older fans, Aldershot don't even register. It was always Swindon and then mid 60s, Oxford Utd. Aldershot were firmly rooted in the old Div 4. We did play them in FAC games, loosing 0-1 in early 67 and then tanking them 6-2 in the next season. Apart from that, you have to wait until the mid 70s w...

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

FWIW and l was a tv spectator, it seemed obvious that we, Reading, are still very much a work in progress. That said, there were some encouraging signs. Lack of firepower is a concern, as is the apparent after half time hoodoo, but for the most part, a fairly mediocre Ipswich side was comfortably co...

Re: Green park station/south Reading station

Not all the new trains for the GW main line will be hybrid, (bi mode) powered. Duplicating power sources adds to build cost so the sets for use on purely electrified lines will not have diesel engines. The current incumbents on the Basingstoke line were intended as a temporary, work around solution...
