A real 6 pointer 14 games into the season. 3-1 win watched by the lowest crowd of the year, 14.000

1-1, Blackpool improving, game like the Huddersfield one. Underestimation from Reading and Adder the Robot.

0-2. Echoes of Barnsley (H) last year, in terms of performance

Well we're going to concede 3, however we should score more than them so 5-3 to us - Cox 3, Mackie, Norwood

I think this is the game where we find out if the players are playing for Adkins, if they want to win I'm sure they will, if they want Adkins gone then we'll probably lose.

So with that in mind:

Reading 2-0 Blackpool

Have a small feeling that the attendance may surprise you as floating visitors become intrigued by the car crash ramifications of a loss.....
Not that Blackpool will bring any.

Id say this has draw written all over it, but Blackpool really are the team NA wants to face right now.

We should win.

However, the attackers aren't taking their chances. The defenders are scared shitless and making regular mistakes. Without some sort of back 9 change I can't see us winning. Unfortunately, the sort of change that's required is defensive and I'm not sure you can justify trying stop the rot by playing defensively against a team that is such a shambles (Blackpool that is) so I wouldn't be surprised to see us make few changes, play for a win and get done.

4-3 to Reading, great fightback after conceding our usual quota of goals

Entire Shed Sex family will be in attendance so a nailed on loss is expected. The club shop will feel the wrath of my credit card.

Very difficult to predict this one, we are conceding for fun but they struggle to score. The form we are in its the sort of game where you could expect them to take their first away win of the season, or perhaps a 0-0 bore draw.

But on paper we really should be beating them, and we seriously need to. We could do with hammering them with a clean sheet for our confidence. Can't really see that though but I'm going to be positive
