I think this may well come down to whether we sign another cb between now and the end of August, with the current choices if we didn't sign anyone else I think we would be stupid not to offer a contract.

It's partly that (including his celebration the other night) and partly because people always seem to be getting on his back when things aren't going well.
I have nothing against him personally, and I think he's a decent enough full back. I think others will, but I am not really a scapegoater.
