On another note, Birmimgham play Barnsley, Peterborough and Derby all within the next week, how they could do us a massive favour and win all 3.

Good luck with that, they are equal with us in the form table, 2 points from 6 games.

lots of people used to say the Championship was the best league in the world. Everyone capable of beating each other, etc, etc.

IMO in the past two seasons, and this one in particular, I think it's become a terrible league. The quality of football is largely pretty awful and the parachute clubs largely dominating proceedings. Really lost my desire to go and watch it as i just don't see it as entertaining (the odd game aside of course)

Saw that "Bowyer" was trending on Twitter - apparently there are rumours that he may get the sack but the fans don't want that to happen. Polar opposite to Reading then...

similar issues with the owners though. Though seems they have gone through a load of cost cutting and shunning necessary maintenance

Would like to think that neither Derby (at Forest) or Peterboro (at WBA) will pick up too much today. Interesting game at Brum...home to Barnsley. And also Bristol C v Cardiff.
The games involving Cardiff and Derby both KO at 12.30.

If Derby do go tits up and all their players' contracts get ripped up, can they be signed as free agents outside the window or do they have to wait for the summer?

Probably depends if they are ripped up before the window closes. But, I don't know if there is a clause in EFL's/FIFA rule book to cover the situation if Derby go bust after that.

Derby home to Birmingham next Sunday after we likely get stuffed at QPR. could well be within striking distance soon.

Birmingham also host Peterborough during the week as well, how they could do us a favour this week.
