It's bizarre until you remember that it is Charlton.

Not just Reading under a self imposed embargo. The fact that a promoted club is up for sale suggests that the (disliked) owners see this as a good opportunity to recover at least some of their investment. Suggests that this fills one of the 3 bottom positions for next season.

If you choose to believe The Sun, the embargo isn't self-imposed.

It’s a strange one that - never heard of that happening before.

Doesn’t put us in any great negotiating position when trying to sell

Wouldn't be that upset with that tbh (if Gomes leaves, which I hope doesn't happen). I think Monk did a decent job over at Brum, and they seempretty gutted he has gone.

But he would only be here for a season. We need longevity right now.

Shouldn't have hired Gomes then seeing as he's never done 2 seasons, isn't it?

Reece Brown gone from Forest Green to Huddersfield
Bauer - Charlton to Preston :| fear that's one we've let go
Brad Collins - Chelsea to Barnsley
Barbet - Brentford to QPR
Bonne - Orient to Charlton
Bryson - Derby to Aberdeen

Millwall seem to be changing it up a little this season, both Morison and Gregory out now - although it seems they're interested in Matt Smith

Powell, Gregory, Davies and Cousins on a free. Lindsay for a couple of million. Couple of decent signings there, but I’ve never got the hype of Powell, think he’s bang average at best
