Watching the Arsenal Chelsea game - fantastic to see the Emirates looking about 3/4 full, sky sports main event and an excellent match as well

Is difficult to see how Reading compete with that long term tbh

So frustrating. Pull it back to 2-1 only to concede the third a minute later. So often we see the women mounting comebacks from two or three goals behind but just leaving things that bit to late to grab a point. Need to perform far, far better in the first half of games.

And if the FA really want to continue to raise the profile and credibility of WSL then they really need to insist on a higher minimum standard of stadium for teams that want to play at that level.

It seems that Everton can splash out on good players but get away with a very poor stadium set up, albeit is the 'Home of Everton Women'. Tiny stand and spectators able to watch the game from a field with large gaps in the hedge at one end of the ground! They can't even provide a decent camera position for coverage of the game and consequently parts of today's game were impossible to watch because the camera lens was flooded until each time the camera operator wiped it with a cloth during the live coverage of the game!

Questions need to start being asked of Kelly Chambers, its a re-occurring theme of starting slowly going 2 down at least and them coming back too little too late.

‘We’ are a Championship backed team competing in a league full of £remiership backed other teams.

Anything above relegation is a remarkably good thing, considering.

Changing the manager/ess wouldn’t make too much difference. (Like the mens team) Seems like there is a fighting spirit there….that’s as good as we can hope for….and ofcourse, another season in the WSL

If we survive this season we're likely to be joined by Everton as a fellow Championship team though!

I quite like Walton Hall Park. It's perfectly adequate for the crowds Everton Ladies get and actually, the general facilities, aren't that bad because its attached to the Liverpool County FA and Liverpool Schools FA headquarters and there a gym and a soccer centre on site. It's proper community facility.

Seen us play away a lot over the last few years…my first trip there today. Facilities aren’t great…but the atmosphere was absolutely terrific. It is the perfect ‘size’ of ground for a game like that, but absolutely awful in terms of the fact it is meant to be a WSL level stadium.

As for the game, we just cannot defend…still…Everton looked like scoring every single time they had a break! We worked very hard and probably could have nicked a point…but we can’t keep going behind before we start playing!!
