It’s a serious problem. I do not know what Clement says at half time but this looks like being the 9th time in 13 matches when we have conceded more goals than the opposition in the second half under Clement. Not once under Clement have we scored more than our opponents in the second period. Not bloody once.

It was a problem under Stam too, if I recall

I'd like to see a comparison of what proportion of goals we concede in the first and last 10 minutes of a half compared to everyone else. I suspect we skew heavily that way.

One of the many problems that Clement was brought in to fix. Just how long does he need/expect to be given to improve things?!

Needs a season at least to turn around the years of neglect. Constant managerial changes do nothing to build a successfull team let alone a club.

He was brought in to keep us up last season and he did that, so I'm reserving judgement until 10 games in.

At the very least 20 league games this season.

Villa's starting line up cost over £33,000,000, with their bench costing another £12,000,000. That doesn't include any loan fees for the 3 loanees in the 18 man squad! What's happening with regard to FFP - although their home league attendances are very impressive.

Constant managerial changes are necessary if you keep selecting duff candidates. Improvements so far since he's joined have been?

The players in our squad are not all crap and he's had a transfer window to add some more good ones (if he didn't get to choose then he should've just resigned and told everyone why).

What is his results record to date?

We hardly saw a 'new manager bounce even' and were only saved from relegation because those teams below ran out of matches to catch us, despite them showing improved results.

Sheff Wed 2-1 Ipswich, back up to 23rd.

EDIT: Ah my mistake, I thought they were also on 1 point.
