SCIAG Another match without defeat!

3 games without defeat in all competitions, surely stopping the rot is important?

Would have snapped off your hand for 2 points from those two games, should have been 4 though.

How important is that goal? It may just be the turning point to not only the poor start to the season but the dreadful run we have been in since December. They have finally shown the backbone to fight back. It’s only a point but a bloody good one.
Now FFS Reading FC let’s start winning some League games.

Oh I forgot we lost to Bolton, ok 2 games unbeaten, will take it considering most thought we'd lose both these games.

Don't hold your breath, a late penalty to save a game when we'd got one maybe two shots off in the rest of the second half isn't that promising. And there have been a lot of false dawns.

Thank god for that. Positive result after playing like we had 10 men for 40 minutes.

Kept thinking while watching, that Stam must be looking at these performances thinking "See, it wasn't my fault we were shit"

A last gasp equaliser is always good though. Just given the club a lift and boy is it needed right now. Baldock came very close to an equaliser a few minutes earlier as well. Yeah we had a bit of luck today but we were due it. There are no gimmes in the games coming up but at least Baldock is off the mark and we have picked up a good result. That’s a positive and I’ll take that at the moment.

Needs a season at least to turn around the years of neglect. Constant managerial changes do nothing to build a successfull team let alone a club.

Constant managerial changes are necessary if you keep selecting duff candidates. Improvements so far since he's joined have been?

I always keep in mind that Man Utd were a game away from being relegated under Ferguson. Nor did they win anything for 3 years. Takes time to build a dynasty.

Sadly we didn't recruit him and, whilst I don't hate Clement, I honestly don't think he is going to proved to have that sort of Midas touch.

But anyway thank f*ck for a penalty - did we transfer McShane to Villa?!

A late debatable penalty lost us the game on Wednesday.

That's football.

Ipswich bottom now, we were while we were losing.

It's a great feeling not being bottom.

My next door neighbor is an Ipswich fan ,so stick for him in the morning

exactly the same apart from Ferguson broke the Rangers-Celtic grip on the league and beat Real Madrid in a European final

St Mirren
Scottish First Division (1): 1976–77

Aberdeen
Scottish Premier Division (3): 1979–80, 1983–84, 1984–85
Scottish Cup (4): 1981–82, 1982–83, 1983–84, 1985–86
Scottish League Cup (1): 1985–86
UEFA Cup Winners' Cup (1): 1982–83
European Super Cup (1): 1983

United finished 13th that season so whilst true it's also a little misleading

Indeed. Karma. It’s a positive result. Let’s accept that for what it is.

If Forest beat Brum in the late kick off we will be up to the heady heights of 3rd bottom.

Not a midas touch though. More a dedication to the job and putting the hours in.
