One bad round of fixtures and it all looks very different again, but right now it really looks like Rotherham will be playing third wheel to Ipswich and Bolton.

Was a very comfortable win. Preston didn’t lay a finger on us all game - well until a genuinely terrifyingly bad performance from McShane game them a look in
We looked good. Controlled. Meite was superb, Barrow as well. Back 4 excellent
We did go far too negative when swift went off for 20 mins, and that was a little disappointing as it could easily have been 3 or 4-0

Lads. Barrow and Meote both constantly slated on Twitter. I'm delighted for them. I see their weaknesses I'm not blind but they are quietly our most impactful players in this close season.
I do think that the loan brigade have allowed them to play as well as they have. I'm really positive now.
