That last goal I just watched Liam Moore not even try and get back. None of them care.

You’ve fcuked it all up Bowen.

Zip
Sutekh Too many fancy dans with poncy passing and tricks in midfield instead of a balance with someone more basic leading a forward charge. And has Meite actually touched the ball this evening?

Shocking totally unbalanced midfield. One of Swift or Ejaria need to be dropped. We need to go back to basics and scrape enough points to get over the line.

Agree with this. Swift and Ejaria don’t tackle, don’t work hard enough and can’t play them both. Good teams have hard working players, we lack them, too many show ponies. However, helps if the clueless manager plays a balanced side and makes subs.

Clueless. From start to finish.

Poorly set up.
Morrison thinking he can deliver a wonder pass, but to be fair he had no one to pass to.
No change in first half when desperately needed.
Changes at half time that left the team unbalanced with no defensive cover.
Appalling games from all the creative players.
Not even trying something different by leaving the 3rd sub on the bench.

It's piss poor

Reading 1 Burton 2, Reading 0 Ipswich 4 and now Reading 0 Wigan3.
There have been a long line of appalling performances from this lot.

Drop Ejaria and play Rinomhota. The new lad looks far too lightweight.

Extremely disappointing to see us go backwards. Thought we played some decent football against Leeds and was expecting tonight to be a fairly straight-forward win. Though Miazga and Obita being out weakens us quiet a bit.

I still think Miazga is our best centre back. We need him in for Morrison. Miazga and Moore played well in a back four last season.
Rinomhota needs to start alongside Pelé and Swift. Ejaria on the bench.

I was very dubious about the signing of Araruna. Looks like another in a long line of poor, ill thought out signings.

We have some quality players but we can all see painfully clearly how badly imbalanced this squad is.

We don't have any direct attacking players, we lack pace, and we lack power.

In the right team, someone like Ejaria could be Championship player of the season. At the moment, though, he and the other creative players are being allowed to play pedestrian football, producing minimal chances and rarely threatening the opposition goal.

Recruitment in the summer is crucial. Either we bring in quality wingers who can hurt the opposition, or we face another season of slow, predictable build-up play, with flashes of brilliance and long periods of gloom.

Lots of anger in 1871.
Chants of "your getting sacked in the morning",""we're f*king sh+t " and "going down with the Wigan"
were ringing out.
