If we put crowd noise on our home games will it just be a bunch of grumbling, moaning and booing?

I, for one, can't wait for the amount of "the Madejski looks no different" jokes, they're going to be hilarious

Reading do not feature in the live TV selections for the first three games, but following agreements with our opposing clubs, we can confirm that the first three Reading fixtures in our final nine have been scheduled as follows:

Saturday 20th June 2020, kick-off 3pm (kick-off time still subject to change)
Reading v Stoke City

Saturday 27th June 2020, kick-off 1pm
Derby County v Reading

Tuesday 30th June 2020, kick-off 6pm
Reading v Brentford

The six games that follow in July all remain subject to change, in accordance with TV selections (which have not yet been made beyond June) or depending on date and kick-off time modifications which are being discussed between the clubs in question for each of the remaining fixtures.

However, the six games that follow have provisionally been set as follows...

Saturday 4th July 2020, kick-off 3pm
Luton Town v Reading

Tuesday 7th July 2020, kick-off 7.45pm
Reading v Huddersfield Town

Saturday 11th July 2020, kick-off 3pm
Charlton Athletic v Reading

Tuesday 14th July 2020, kick-off 8pm
Reading v Middlesbrough

Saturday 18th July 2020, kick-off 3pm
Blackburn Rovers v Reading

Wednesday 22nd July 2020, kick off TBC
Reading v Swansea City

*Please be reminded that these final six games remain subject to change pending TV selections and club scheduling arrangements.

Snowflake Royal Hoping the crowd noise includes the empty seats song.

Good point

Can it also include seat slamming noise so popular with our fans?

Yes, the one v Huddersfield has a 7.45pm kick off yet the FL only gave 5pm, 6pm and 8pm as kick off times for midweek fixtures so I wonder what’s going on there?

Classic Fox once again denigrating our own fans.
Presumably he gets a kick out of doing this but it's a bit sad.

With hotels closed until early July, or longer, where will players stay on the eve of away matches ?
eg....our trip to Derby on Sat June 27th with a 1pm kick off.

Nothing quite like a bit of dry humour.

I can't understand why all matches aren't televised. It's an opportunity. Have matches every day, all of them at different times.

If only there wasn't another, more popular, league that were doing that.

I think it’s a case of travelling in the coach on the morning of the game. In the Derby example, which isn’t being televised, why is that at 1pm and not later? Surely that will give their players quite an advantage
