Forbury Lion Personally, I wonder if ifollow will cope at their end with the sudden increase in users during lockdown

Yep. They'll need to have invested significantly in additional servers etc to be able to cope with the increased traffic otherwise it's going to be a bit of a shambles.

If iFollow cock this up and let all of the clubs and their supporters down, the clubs should tell them to get stuffed, stick their own camera(s) in and stream live on Facebook like they do for U23 games etc.

It's worth reading this as it also tells you to check if/how it is working.

Much to my surprise it worked seamlessly.Lets see what happens Saturday.
To check the quality I watched the Birmingham highlights. Not sure how we won that, following our performance in first twenty or so.
Run from my laptop to telly vis hdmi cable, very good picture. Is the commentary same as the red button ? Can’t remember been so long.

Hopefully they've invested in this as an opportunity to increase their customer base.

Do they offer packages e.g. away match coverage only? - That may be something ST fans could buy into in the future when they are allowed back to the stadium

Trying to get mine set up and having real issues.

I enter the code and then I get a very brief view of a screen with "register now" which then disappears to be replaced by a screen to log in only. And repeat, and repeat.

Any suggestions?

PS Running Safari on Mac desktop and have unchecked the cross tracking

PPS Just downloaded Firefox and have the same issue

Same issues with mine. I contacted Follow and they gave me a temporary password to change mine and it worked for a day. Now it doesn't and I have emailed support twice but absolutely no response. Really pissed off with them and at moment wont be able to watch game

Guys, as time is too short to get a response, here's a copy and paste of ifollow's reply for anyone who, like me, had problems opening up in certain browsers despite correct password:

We first suggest clearing the browser cache and cookies from your current web browser settings to see if that resolves your issues.

There also may be an adjustment needing to be made to your Flash Player settings.

Microsoft Edge
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb ... -edge.html

Pop-Ups
On the Top Right click on the 3 Dots
- Select Settings
- Select View Advance Settings
- Under Blocked Pop-Ups 'Turn Off'

Safari
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb ... afari.html

Pop-Ups
- From the Safari menu, choose Preferences... and click the Security tab.
- Ensure the Block pop-up windows option is not checked. Unchecking this option will allow pop-ups.

Mozilla Firefox
Flash- https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb ... refox.html
Pop ups- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/po ... leshooting

Google Chrome
Go to chrome://settings/content/all
Select the website
Change Flash- Ask(Default) to Allow
Change Pop Ups- Ask(Default) to Allow

Restart the web browser after making the changes necessary, then go back to the site and try reloading the page again.

If you have the same issues after that please try using an alternate web browser (i.e. Google Chrome or Firefox) in order to rule out any browser specific issue.

If you are still having issues once you enable flash and pop-ups please let us know.

(I suspect by alternate they mean alternative)

Many thanks, this solved the problem I was experiencing with black screens rather than video playing. I had to enable Flash! It's astounding that the EFL are have partnered with iFollow, an organisation that persists in using Flash despite the known issues (hence browsers disabling it by default)!

Pretty much an hour testing different browsers and overcoming all of the issues but finally there! Have a past game playing on iFollow through my laptop and HDMI cable to my TV.

I don't think this is going to be a good promotional activity for iFollow! Can't see them attracting many subscribers when they see how crap and problematic it is.

Next test is for our daughter, who is currently marooned in the US in potential immigration limbo, to be able to get iFollow working over there with her promotional code.
