Terrible start okay finish. I think finally having a serious bench will win us the game.

2 poor teams and a poor ref, not ideal for a good game.

Moore looks absolutely rattled, joao and meite getting in each others way and Olise seems to think we are 4-0 up.

Hopefully better in the second half

No creativity really - only Olise is capable of creating anything & he’s had 3 men on him whenever he’s been on the ball.

Tempo is far too slow.

But we’ve got some good options on the bench & it can easily turn in our favour

Richards positioning very iffy again. He was caught out too far forward just before half time.
Moore having a torrid game. Agree that Moore should be subbed for Rino with TMac dropping to centre back.

Mowatt just been given a straight red for Barnsley and gone 3-0 up, how the oxf*rd did we lose to Wycombe?

Oh well, he'll be out for our game. All results going against us, we need to win.

Our second half can’t be any worse than that.Moore and Olise particularly bad.The pitch and Ref a disgrace;but the EFL won’t take any sanctions against either.
I think Bowyer took one look at the pitch when he arrived, and told the Groundsman not to water it whatever he did.The game then becomes a lottery.
As to the Ref.Well some refs might have given the first goal, but after that he really couldn’t interpret what was in front of him.Is he short a slice ?

Unsure why we are trying to play them at their own game and lumping quite so much. Could do with Ejaria on for some composure on the ball and agree with the earlier post re. Rino's energy in midfield, we are losing too many second balls.

On the plus side, got ourselves back into it after a tough start. Can't see Brum keeping up the intensity for the rest of the game. URZ.

One of the worst referee performances I think I have ever seen. Absolute disgrace.

WestYorksRoyal We've been poor and you can't begrudge them their lead so far. But doesn't change the fact it was a foul and VAR would have ruled it out

Disagree with this, goal fair enough (and Morro agreed no foul).

Also there is a feel that VAR is now finally only overruling on fouls where clear and obvious and this wasn’t.

My apology :) The JOINT worst referee performance I think I have ever seen. Quite shocking for second tier football in my opinion.
