Snowflake Royal It's just another excuse for RR to rage against Joao for having the temerity to not run around like a terrier the entire time.

The level of vitriol is mad.

He should just F off back to Maidenhead.

Agreed, that's about his level now.

Laurent for me

Had some outstanding games, never showed less than total commitment
Made some mistakes, some which led to goals, but then who didn't?!

karbota
Jack Celliers Ejaria for me. Every time he got the ball lifted my spirits.

But no end product and woeful attitude gotta go.

:?:
What do you mean by his attitude. He spent most of the last twelve months trying to weave his way magically past flying boots aimed at his ankles. What is he meant to do?

Of all our players, he is the best at football, so he gets my vote.

I hate to agree with karbunkle, and I don't think Ejaria has a particularly bad attitude or should be binned at all costs.

But he could have played at a higher tempo, released the ball earlier and not tried to beat three men completely unnecessarily whilst dancing through space that wasn't there so often.

And he always looks fooking miserable

I love him but
best at football?

Best at DRIBBLING, not assists, not goals, not saves, not balls won

I repeat he's a big favourite of mine. Personally I'd play him as a ten because
on the edge of the area he's terrify opponents even more

Yep fair enough. He was outstanding during the first half of the season. Overall it’s deserved.

Football365 just listed Josh Laurent as the 10th best player in the championship last season. Good to see him get a bit of national recognition.

Add a few more goals and he's got a touch of the Sidwell's

Morrison certainly up there for me also, PPG of 1.66 with him in the team, PPG of 1.09 without him in the team - just the 2 wins in 11 without him

Holmes did nothing wrong as a CB and matured progressively through the season - just not sure him and Moore were the best partnership - we lacked that cool head in defence

Morrison was a big loss in the run in. I felt we also missed TMac. They both made important contributions at the other end of the pitch and would be my preferred centre half partnership..

Yeah, possibly, McIntyre is a decent player - although was more gearing my process towards more experience and leadership in the team

Whilst we had players in the team towards the end with Champ experience, Yiadom, Moore, Joao etc - there wasn’t anyone really in the mould of Morrison and what he offers

Birmingham fans still frustrated at letting Morrison go - into his third year now yet they wouldn’t go beyond a one year deal - although I do anticipate a decline in his performances given he’s only getting older - possibly follow a similar path to what Gorkss did for us

Morrison might be okay for a couple more seasons if he stays injury free, he's always been more about his positioning rather than pace so hopefully age should have less of an effect on him. Either way, McIntyre and Holmes will still only get better at the moment so I'm sure we'll be in a good position when it is time for him to move on.
