CountryRoyal What’s more impressive is when was the last time we were head and shoulders deserved winners across the whole game?

Totally the best team in all areas of the pitch, all night. Lovely stuff.

Hendrick has made half a dozen really quite poor passes, but has still played pretty well, and that's probably our worst performer.

Agreed. Really odd how poor his passing has been.

So this is what it feels like to win a game of football comfortably. It’s been a long time Reading, too long. Welcome back.

Really impressive, we’ve carried him this game and it hasn’t really affected us. Really fantastic display.

NewCorkSeth Sorry Ian, that's def a back 3. Look at where the lads line up.

It varies. We just defended an attack with a flat back 4. Hoilett is playing way further forward. Yiadom is bombing down the right more. We're dominating so much we're able to push up a lot too.

It changes depending on how we want to press I think.

Ince is playing as a second striker at times so its 3-5-2. At other stages it's 4-5-1 but the big difference is having Fornah, Loum and Hendrick filling out the midfield, getting interceptions and for the most part stopping Blackburn playing through us.

Yeah, this is why I think there'll be days where it just doesn't work for us (like Rotherham, first half Blackpool) and games where it really really does. Because it requires the players to make good decisions and play well. What we've done a lot lot better is play higher up the pitch. Hoilett, NGW, Fornah and Hendrick have all started the game on the front foot pushing forward. We didn't have that starting the match in previous games.

5 yellow cards today. Don't think Blackburn will reflect on this and think we were nice to play against.
