Back the boys

by Delboy » 31 Mar 2023 07:01

We are in a perilous state, but first priority is to stay up , we must back the boys for the last 8 games . After that the position of manager / owner situation can be addressed .

Had a weird dream last night that Reading took the opportunity, while playing Bristol tomorrow, to interview City’s CEO Phil Alexander over becoming the next Reading manager. Of course this got out and led to demonstrations by fans over the club being a complete waste of time and shambLOLes. Trouble is, this morning, it all seems completely normal and believable so perhaps we should have a demo anyway.

I’ll always agree with backing the boys but sadly I can’t see the EFL being happy until we’re relegated.

It's unthinking, blindly loyal, "look at me, I'm a better fan than you" stuff like this that keeps the megastore in business selling overpriced blue and white tat all year long.

how about the manager sorts the tactics out, and the players actually put some effort and performances in, that might give us something to cheer about  . how many are going to bristol,2000+ ? how many are still turning up paying their hard-earned at home? despite 10 years of utter utter vvank. It's about time the boys back the fans :!:

Delboy has form. I am pretty sure he is the bloke who without fail is waiting by the team coach to get his programme signed by all the players. He is at least in his 60's. Grow up.

Better to be naive and simplistic

To be honest, if I had to choose one of those too options...

…..and a heart resounding “welcome back to the bored (sic)” from ‘the hna gang’ Delboy..x

Wow, there’s some ‘battery hen clucking’ over reaction to a mild inoffensive thread (as stating the obvious as it is) here.

Jeez….check your miserable selves out…..even Ian has refrained from the pile-on
