anR Basically everything that has been mentioned. I just had a flash back of a dream I had where we had exceeded Sunderlands total points margin long before Christmas. Hopefully a good preminition!

Talking of dreams, last night I dreamt that we relegated Everton!

I just want to see the team give it's all every week. If we go down having given it our best, then so be it.
I just hope the supporters don't get on the players backs when we struggle, because we will lose a fair few games this coming season and some people are still in fantasy land after how well we played last season.

Finshing 4th bottom and doing the double over Charlton would make me happy.

If people start booing I will be telling them to f*ck off. I hope I won't be alone in my crusade.

I am surprised by the negativitiy on this topic.

Most people are either happy for us to finish 17th or beat one of the big boys at home.

I think you are overestimating the Premiership. While the top 4 teams are head and shoulders above the rest, the majority of the other teams are filled with second rate, overpaid players.

Teams like Fulham, Charlton, Wigan, Villa and Middlesbrough, will struggle this year, so there is no reason why we should not finish around 10th - 14th.

Remember we stormed the championship last season and have a young side that is capable of improving and keeping the momentum going. In addition, the signings and potential signings are looking good and are at the exactly right level to improve our squad without disrupting the existing team blend.

The key is starting well in our first 5 games....

I'm surprised your windows are still intact. You must be one lucky person.

Go and park your car in Kingstanding for an hour or two. That should sort it out.

In 100% honesty.

To be relegated

but

to have learned a lot about the Premiership, to have raised the profile of our club, to remain in a fairly strong position (i.e. not losing all our best players) to moutn another challenge for the Prem the next season and most importantly for us to keep Coppell.

With that I'll be happy. Any more and I'll be ecstatic.

I want us to go one better than Swindon - last more than one season in the Premiership.

For the club
– Give a decent account of ourselves in our first ever season of top flight football.
– Earn the respect of the Premier League and media.
– And do it in the style we've become accustomed to.

For me
– Meeting up for a few pre-match beers on 19 August. Can't wait :D

This is disgusting. If it really honest, then you are a doom monger.

This is not the view of a true Reading fan - you are living in the past.
