Little and Seol have come on (don't know who for), and I think Golbourne might be playing too.

Bryn has also been replaced by Alex Pearce (Academy defender), who has moved into central defence whilst Osano has moved into central midfield.

Makin would complete the starting line up

M4 Junction 11 Hayes on for Shorey.

But playing left wing (with Golbourne dropping back to left-back). BBC Wilts have just said very complimentary things about Hayes, and rate him as our best player just now.

I think he was watching the Swindon 93/94 season review at the time.

According to the OS, Cox started in midfield, not Sidders, who was an unused sub. We also brought on Scott Davies, Curtis Ujah and Jem Karacan late on - so we finished the game with three academy players (Pearce, Ujah and Karacan), plus Davies, Hayes and Osano, having also played Cox, out of position in midfield, and Golbourne. Are we really that short of fit senior players?

Oh, and that is counting Long as a senior player!

Just got back.

Pretty average display, few players looking miles off the pace so far. Swindon's players looked a little more up for it than our's, probably for obvious reasons. Decent goal by leroy and hayes looked class when he came on, he was making a mockery of their right back.
Seol did ok missed a sitter though. All in all £10 was the right price for that, nothing more. Chant of the day....

" steve sidwell, sign a deal, steve sidwell, sign a deal" He turned round laughing and applauded.

Agree with all of that finerain. On the point of Swindon "fans", it seems they've not mellowed with age and are still the same bunch of lowlife twats they've always been.

Funniest thing for me today was the 10 year olds chanting "Do you remember Elm Park".

Good to see so many youngsters getting a game. Sweden trip and home friendly to come so plenty of games to get match fit for those that are currently carrying knocks.

If not the best, certainly one of them.

I really think he has got a bright future in front of him here. I also thought Hayes looked like he has a hell of a lot talent, and made some good runs up the left.

It was nice to get a look at some of our youth - I really think the academy could begin to pay dividends in the coming years with some of the displays I saw today.

Thought it was a good work out for some of the younger boys, Osano impressed again, as did Pearce.

WHAT?! He was AWFUL!

I thought it was a decent workout today for our younger and fringe players. Pearce in particular looked decent and Hayes had the beating of their right back. Seol looked fairly classy and Lita looked sharp, although we clearly missed Convey, Harper and Sidwell in the middle of the park. LOL @ the Swindon fans though.
