So it's Birmingham then.

Barry the bird boggler There's no way any than other 1 or two "first teamers" will feature at St Andrews esp. with a game v Wigan on the following Tuesday.

I wonder what the odds are for a Birmingham win as that probably will be the only way to get something good out of the trip!

Difficult one to call.
I thought that Birmingham would take a more relaxed view about last night's result as they are intent on reaching the Premiership.
It looks as though Bruce thinks a winning side just likes playing and so it appeared last night.
As for the view that we have an important game v Wigan on the following Tuesday let's not forget that our biggest win came just 2 days after playing the league leaders away.
Actually, the way we played in the first half at Everton confirmed my view that we don't play well after a break.
Play the first team Steve and suddenly with a decent draw in the next round we could be close to our best FA Cup performance since (?)1929.

Stranded
Gordons Cumming Some knob on Talksport said it wouldn't be a shock if Birmingham beat Reading.

And I kind of agree, in the same way it wouldn't have been a shock if we'd beaten them in the cup last year.

Or when we put out WBA.

Having missed the first 15 mins at Villa - does anyone know if the roadworks in Brum have been sorted?

Another of Birmingham's fixtures was cancelled today, leaving them with a bit of a backlog compared to the other teams chasing a top 2 place.
