Just bizarre, you'd have thought that he wanted play to restart quickly!

Thread on GF is probably the place to discuss it

It means he's suspended for the final so could fly home tonight.

1850: RED CARD
Sad, unpleasant scenes. Rigobert Song is on the deck and the trolley comes on to wheel him off. Song is surrounded by security guards and Andre Bikey shoves one to the ground. He really does dole out a good old push and is given a straight red. Bikey will now miss the final.

Jesus. Just seen it - loads of yellow coats around Song, and Bikey just charges up to one on the end and shoves him to the ground. Actually, the bloke went flying.

Wouldn't be surprised if he gets an extended ban for that.

Violent conduct doesn't have to be directed just at opponents.

Ah ok, thanks, I wasn't sure if the referee had the power to send off players for that.

Bikey in violent conduct shocker, not. We should withdraw his contract, once a twat always a twat.

Un-believable.

This was surely one of the most embarrasingly idiotic moments in football history. Into injury time, Cameroon 1-0 up, Bikey pretty much faultless and well on his way to playing every minute of his country's highly successful campaign.

So what does he do? Seeing a steward/official try to lift an injured Cameroon player onto the buggy that's used to carry players off, Andre runs over and shoves him a good 10-12 metres. It was a seriously violent shove! Bikey sent off, and misses his biggest day yet in his football career.

I really like Bikey as a footballer, he's got a LOT going for him.

But somewhere in his mind there is a RED MISt that when triggered he does something utterly daft.

Only have to think back to Sweden when he headbutted some pub landlord playing midfeld for the dog and duck 11 and now this?

As already stated he misses the biggest day he'll ever have in his career. Idiot.
