If anyone wants an idea of the process involved in putting the fixtures together, there's an article that explains it all here.

I've promised to do a few more away games this season, and the kids haven't done a league away game yet, so we'll be looking forward to Yeovil, Bournemouth, Brighton, Watford, Forest, Millwall, Birmingham and Charlton, as long as fixtures are moved about too much. It's a decent enough start for us. There are no easy easy games at this level, but to start and finish the season at home is a bonus. December looks very testing.

I've decided on what away games I'll go to now (subject to league position and importance of other games I'm missing).

Thinking about:

away games

Derby
Birmingham
Sheffied Wednesday
Nottingham Forrest
Leicester
Millwall
Brighton
Leeds
Charlton
Bournemouth

Just need to decide which ones it's worth staying the night for - Tuesday night ones up north probable, e.g. Leeds away.

I finally managed to work out how to get the fixtures into Outlook.

- Download the ics file from the OS.
- Export the calendar to a csv (File, Options, Advanced, Export)
- Import the csv to the calendar (File, Options, Advanced, Export*)

* yes you really do have to select Export to Import.

There must be a simple way of downloading the fixtures into my phone's calendar - anyone know what it is?

On mobile site, go to the bottom and hit "Go to Desktop Site", then at the top "Fixtures & Results" > "Fixture List", then "Download Full Fixtures/Results Table". Worked on iPhone, assume it does on Android et al.

Thanks very much, I thought there was a quick way of doing it. I couldn't find it on the mobile site though as that was where I assumed it would be.

Been away for the last week and have only just had chance to have a proper look at the fixtures have to say it's a bloody joke that we have to travel to Leicester on Boxing Day and then up to Middlesboro a few days later as usual no consideration is given to the fans .

Doncaster last away game.

Not sure if that's good/bad as I've never been there

What's the excuse for moving Forest if its not on the telly?

That's a bit of a fixture list cock up isn't it? And why does the senior team with the bigger following in the higher division have to move then?

Presumably for a more attractive option if Sky did want to show it?
