£350 for me and my 2 boys with about the best views in the stadium

Fcuk the negativity, that is outrageously good pricing. Will be renewing despite how horrendous we were last year

Anyone know if I can renew my current seat but then move it after the renewal period?

Almost certainly

Can't be bothered to move, every time we try to escape some massive belmonts we end up in front of another group of equally belmontish helms

It's more the view that I want to change this year, I was actually situ8ed next to some decent people last season.

Part of me is unsure whether I should risk the move tbh

I'd stay with the people you like unless the view is really unacceptable. It can only take being stuck next to a single massive nob to ruin the whole experience. Whereas I've sat in the same seats for 7 years now and the people around me are one of the many great things about having a season ticket. I sat elsewhere for 11 years, and still really enjoy bumping into the people I know from back then.

As for prices, excellent gesture from the club.

Very pleased with the prices. It will cost me £45 less than last year. My son will be 16 halfway through next season. To be only paying £59 for his season ticket is astonishingly good value. So am renewing.

Yep superb value for money especially if you are bringing your kids.

Already renewed at the bargain basement price of 10 quid a game for old bastards , hope it`s worth more than it was this season.

Yeah, it's no problem. Have moved virtually all the way around the stadium doing this. Basically once all the renewals are over, there's generally a movers week, before they offer new season tickets. Sometimes there is no specific movers week, which would mean you're competing with newbies for seats in the area you want. But it's not massive competition.

Pretty sure there'll be seats vacated around the ground once they set on a location for the South Stand crew.

I couldn’t figure out if there’s a “family” ticket this season in the ED. My reading is the price is baked into the renewal price so you don’t need to group together to get a reduced price. If that’s the case the price seems to have gone up (albeit very slightly). Anyone else figured it out?

What did you pay last year and for whom, ie ages of family members? I am in the ED stand in the family enclosure. My ST is £15 cheaper than last year and my son’s is £30 less.

It’s going to depend on the Stand you were in as it seems the ED Stand is where the discounts are. Which Stand are you in and how old is your child?

Yes, correct. From what I can make out, they are definitely cheaper than the renewal price last year - BUT - probably not cheaper than the Early Bird Renewal Price. Which applies to everybody actually. My ticket has gone up, because there was no Early Bird Renewal.

I assume you've already read the "case studies" in the page below, but the comparisons are with the renewal prices for last year, not the early bird renewals. Looks like also you're also better off than last year if you bring more than two children

FAmily section and 18. So I know he’s gone into a new age category but I was just trying to figure out a direct comparison to last season when including the family of 4 deal from last year as my mate and his son will be renewing again as well.

I probably won’t bother for my son as he’s off to uni in September

Ignoring early bird, and pretending your son is still 17, for comparison - you'd pay £728 between you and your friend - £364 each

At last year's prices, you would have paid £768 for the 4 of you.

So, it's cheaper this year, ignoring early bird

But I don't know what the early bird price was last year. So can't compare exactly like for like.
