playoffs or layoffs Wasn't the current record set when Reading played Chelski in the cup a few years back? It'll probably be close.

Rhys The Royal I wouldn't take their word for it that we have actually sold out even when they say we have on the website. Often when you phone up after they have announced this you can still buy tickets. Also, I bet my entire bank account that there will be empty in front of the Kyocera walls in the north stand.

It wasn't the Chelsea game. Isn't it 24,122 at the game against Villa earlier this month?

Coppelled Streets The erection of extensions to the east, north and south stands of the existing Madejski Stadium, to provide 12,400 additional seats to increase the overall number of seats to 36,900
So the actual capacity is 24,500 then, and not 24,200.
Even the OS contradicts this, and RFC had this sent in to the council for planning permission.

Royal Lady I thought it said on BBCRB tonight that tickets were available for the Utd game to member card holders now?

I stand corrected M4J11, thanks for the link. Without any empty STH seats, and assuming that ManU sell all of their allocation of 4,400, I think we're on for a record on Tuesday then.

I think the Chelski cup game was more as the South Stand wasn't segregated = more useable seats
