Winner?

Brazil

Top goalscorer?

Neymar

Dark horse?

Portugal

Big team to go home early?

Belgium. They were terrible yesterday against Egypt and in the nations league.

Small team to get further than we all think?

Switzerland

How far will England (and Wales if you like) go?

England either in the Round of 32 in a shock result or in the quarters because the lucky knockout round draws they've had in last two tournaments won't continue into a third tournament.
Wales out in the group unfortunately.[/quote]

Winston Biscuit Winner?
Top goalscorer?
Dark horse?
Big team to go home early?
Small team to get further than we all think?
How far will England (and Wales if you like) go?

and any other questions/predictions you want to throw in!

Winner: Brzail
Top goalscorer: Benzema
Dark horse: Uruguay
Big team to go home early: Belgium
Small team to get further than we all think: USA
How far will England/Wales go: England semi-finalists (4th placed finish), Wales knockout out at the group stages

Small team was quite hard to choose from. I fancy the likes of USA, Japan, Tunisia and Morocco to all have potentially decent tournaments and I think they all have the potential to be banana skin teams, I think.

Benzema aside, don't think it's going too badly thus far. Belgium are out, Uruguay maybe not but can still go through and maybe go far, USA have every chance against Holland, Wales are out and still in the hat with England but a likely meeting with France might stop that.

Obviously too early to be talking about winners yet, but Brazil and France have looked the best two sides I think during the group stage.

Netherlands v USA and Japan v Croatia were the only two without an obvious favourite

Might be going a bit hipster with these as would defo have chosen Netherlands and Croatia prior to the tournament

Turns out Switzerland are just the same old 2nd round disappointments they've always been.

I think any of the 6 of the 8 could win it.

Orion1871 I'm going with the predictions of Samuel Eto'o. Seems to know what he's talking about.

Got the Morocco v France Semi Final bang on
