I don't really care tbh, but we all know that anything that can be bought will be bought, and World Cups are no different it seems.

I don't have a massive problem with Russia winning - their bid was from the opposite end of the spectrum in that they need to build 14 new stadia and put in place a whole new infrastructure so the legacy will be enormous, whereas we already have most of it in place. If that floated the voters boats more than ours then sobeit - but to go out in the 1st round shows what a joke the process is.

Tony Le Mesmer this is a stich up. Every World Cup we get ripped off by cheats, etc, and now we've been done up 8 years before a balls been kicked :roll:

European Russia is 3 hours ahead so at a guess 9.30am, 2pm and 5.30pm our time there - not sure how far East they are stagin games though but can by up to +11 hours.
