Wigan STH mate of mine is convinced they'll stay up, says there is 3 worse sides.

I think West Ham will go, very average squad with the notable exception of Parker. Wolves look vunetable defensively and will struggle to score the goals required to keep them up. Couple of betting traders who I speak to tell me how bad Birmingham have been this season. I would also Blackpool going on history of the previous two Prem campaigns which saw Hull & Burnley fade away after excellent starts to the season. 3/1 on offer.

West Ham, Blackburn and Birmingham. Blackburn I'm most sure of - nothing about their past month suggests anything will improve this season. Everyone else I can see some argument for their survival, but the Dingles have about three Premier-quality players, suspect ownership and no fans.

Two wins and a draw against relegation rivals, seven points from five games, currently ninth place. Looks like business as usual to me, but time alone will tell.

Three of the four Ws will go. I reckon the one to survive might well be Wolves, much as it pains me to say it. I just think McCarthy has got enough nous to keep them up.

I voted West Ham, Wolves and West Brom. The first two I'm convinced will go down. The other one is a tough one but I picked West Brom because I think when the going gets tough, I think they will be the one that will crumble. Wigan won't go down, I'm almost sure of that, like RG30's friend has said, there are certainly 3 worse teams than them. I think Birmingham, Villa and Fulham will be alright, they've got enough quality in there teams to pick up enough points. Two teams that could quite easily get dragged into it down the bottom are Blackburn and Newcastle. If Kean and Pards don't get off to a decent start, it's only going to get tougher, I do think they could struggle.

I'd love Liverpool to go down, unfortunately I just can't see it happening.
