Won’t work. Spurs should lead the way and go back to a proper British manager (eg. Mark Bowen ok I know but was the first name that sprung to mind  ) as they’ve never won anything of any real note without one (unless you count a league cup win 13 years ago as being of note).

So, not Spurs then!

I reckon Spurs will go for Ten Hag at Ajax

Now the favourite 8)

And promptly signs a new deal with Ajax. Could be just that Spurs have to pay Ajax more for him but hardly screams interest in the job.

Romano is saying they met yesterday and Spurs decided against him, for whatever reason

They seem to be thinking if they keep asking Brendan Rodgers enough times, he'll surely say yes - given Spurs are the "bigger" club, though Leicester are currently the better one.

Let’s picture Mkhitaryan’s face right now...

Also links up with Pedro and Smalling again

No money to spend - no immediate ambition of winning silverware.

A long-term project to build a winning team.

Yeah, this is going to be good to watch.

Think it is a good move for him, he can't really lose by going there and attempting a rebuild. Can't be any worse than they have been this season.

He needed to get away from the English press - he can’t hack it anymore now he’s not winning, that one about Ole and Son was particularly strange

Saw he’s already interested in Matic and Mata - whether that’s genuine or someone putting 2+2 together is another thing

In a rather bizarre turn of events, Tranmere have sacked Keith Hill ahead of their playoff games and replaced him with the assistant

Judging by social media though - this has been a popular decision as it appears he has alienated some of the players/fans - although it’s still obviously a huge risk!

What is the link there? Is he connected to the club in some way already?

Only thing I could find is their Technical Director Jamie Fullarton used to play for him at Palace.

Italian media saying Conte is leaving inter over money issues (the club is financially a bit of a mess) and they will try to appoint Gattuso in his place

That'd be quite the appointment, seeing as he was at Milan for 13 seasons and was their manager for 2.
