Pepe the Horseman Autos:
Newcastle
Wednesday

Playoffs:
Norwich, Derby, Fulham, Reading

Down:
Burton

LOL Stam has openly said it'll be hard to get 10th.

He's lying.

Ian Abraham (Moose) has predicted us for relegation. He's hated us for years.

Considering he's the one the rest of the talksport presenters take the piece out of he's clearly a bigger fvckwit than Ian Royal

I don't think Villa are going to be anywhere near as strong as some seem to think....they were beyond dreadful last season, and isn't there issues over the buyout- Samuelson gone missing (prolly bunked up in Antons bolthole)....I predict much uncertainty and trouble....I have taken 20/1 on relegation.

Interesting and I'm certainly not disagreeing. Do you think Di Matteo just might not "get" The Championship? I still don't think they've got enough of the right faces in yet to make that big an impact.

Not quite sure how that's a win- win.

If we stay up then you lose. If Reading go down, you win.

So it's a win-lose or lose-win as I see it.

Where did Stam say it will be difficult to get 10th?

Managers will always try and manage expectations. If we struggle to get 10th with a new team it would mean that the team they've purchased is shit.

Relegated - Burton, Rotherham, Bristol
Top Two Automatics - Newcastle and Villa
Playoffs - Us, Brighton, Derby, Norwich

I have to say this looks like the toughest Championship for some time.

Think you might be onto something here because he clearly did not get the championship a few years ago when he took West Brom up!!

Think the teams that came down will all go straight back up - when was the last time that happened? Has it ever happened?

Diame and Clark in at Newcastle - and they look set to be compensated for Sissoko's leaving by taking a couple of Madrid youngsters on loan too, as if they need them. Beginning to come round to the view that our points record may be threatened.

I don't think Newcastle will play with the same efficiency as our 106 side. Rafa is quite a tactical, defensive type of manager and not so gung ho and attacking as Coppell and the Championship is a strong division this year. I can see the Geordies dropping points at Derby, Wednesday, Norwich, Villa, Brighton and others. I think they'll get 92 points. They'll be difficult to beat but hopefully they won't win enough matches to threaten our 106 points.

Newcastle will be disappointed if they are not promoted by the end of March
Derby will also go up
Play offs: Villa getting promoted having been a bit shit all season, Norwich, Leeds and Sheff W

Relegated: Reading on the last day of the season, Bristol City and Rotherham

We shouldn't be afraid of relegation - there is always the chance to come back stronger - but we have lost half of a team that played poorly last year, replacing them with players nobody has ever heard of before, so I am pessimistic.

Newcastle to win it, but would be entertaining if they blow it. They shouldn't have come down last year and seem to have a better squad, so should walk it.

Don't think Villa will go up, not even convinced they will make the play-offs. Norwich might get the POs but won't win them.

Derby to finally go the course and finish 2nd and Sheff Weds for the PO.

We'll finish about 12th having been in with a sniff of play-offs until mid March.

Rotherham, Barnsley and Huddersfield to go down. Burton to be a surprise package and finish 10th.
