Spurs are one of those clubs who's fans get massively carried away very easily and expectations are way too high. It must be exhausting constantly getting so giddy at how amazing everything is just about to be, right before it always turns to sh*t and you get disappointed once more.
Who was that dutch forward they brought in a year or so ago who scored on his debut? Was going to be the best thing ever after that? lol

Think he'll be a decent player for them, certainly better than Lamela.

Gareth Bale can obviously still do it but I think the MLS is a better fit for his attitude towards football. I don't think he particuarly enjoys it at club level, he would rather be playing golf. Playing for Wales is another matter, he's definitely committed to that but I think the hustle and bustle of European club football is not something he wants or needs.

Seen some Spurs fans celebrating finishing above a currently poor Arsenal side for 5 seasons in a row, they need to do it for another 17 years consecutively to match the years before 2016, if that is their only aim every season then the bar is set very low, they don`t deserve Kane.

Never go back....... Poch is a good manager but Spurs have to move change direction completely imo, not go back to the old methods.

Unless Levy has promised him a major overhaul, in which case fair enough as he has previous for being successful (to an extent) doing that, I cannot understand the logic
This is close to the squad he had before he left, the same squad he won 6 from his last 24 in, winless in 11 months away from home with some embarrassing defeats in the middle (Bayern and Colchester spring to mind)
