Did Bothroyd, Dichio and Carr die for nothing?

Also, before the January window, there were two English* players in the Italian league. Smalling is one, without looking, try to name the other.

* as in capped at some age level.

Did he move recently?

Turns out he did. Cheers for the note - guess he's not on the list I had because he's not yet played.

There's one other.

The bloke West Ham have put a bid in for? I'm guessing from your previous post, he wasn't born in England

Always found Eriksen to be overrated

Very good set piece taker mind

Eriksen > Ozil, ftr.

51 goals in 226 for Spurs is a very good return.

Phased out quite a bit at Spurs in the last year or so, but I would expect him to flourish in Serie A.

Eriksen is a brilliant player, he is just one of those that has to be happy in order to get the best from him. Seen him win games for Denmark more or less on his own.

It's a good return but I'd wager a bit of money that many of his goals and assists have been set pieces

Personally think Ozil is slightly better, or used to be anyway, both flopped in the last 12 months or so

Spurs had made Lo Celso permanent too. He’s looked very good recently

Giroud to Spurs (possibly)

How many players have played for Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs? William Gallas is the only one I can think of

Randomly read about this a few weeks back - it's Ronaldo Viera isn't it? Qualified for England on grounds he was educated in the UK for 5 years or something random like that and been capped at u20 and u21 level.

"According to Tottenham's club historian, the move meant that Gallas would become the first player to have appeared for Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham; Clive Allen played for Tottenham and Chelsea and had a spell with Arsenal early in his career, but did not make an appearance for them."
