Seeing as how it doesn't look like we stand any chance of resolving our long-term finances and we're not going to be able to sign anyone for the foreseeable future, I would be inclined to say automatically accept offers for anyone over 24, automatically reject offers for anyone younger and try and seriously build for the future with whoever wants to stay. Our academy is all that's keeping any depth in our squad at all.

Only problem being is no one will pay any money for any of our players above 24. Maybe Knibbs an exception

Hunt confirmed after the game Southampton have made a bid for Garcia but it has not met the club's valuation.

Plus we'd quickly run out of players that age.

It's Pereira, Button, Yiadom, Dean, Wing, Knibbs, and Smith.

Actually you make a good point. The young players need the experienced players to help them develop. Wing is probably the ideal tutor for savage and Craig, Yiadom for Dorset and Abrefa etc.

Either way, it doesn't feel like we have a great deal of long term future prospects. It's frustrating that our promising youngsters could end up just rotting in some lower-prem academy and never going anywhere meaningful.

They'll be winning promotion with us under a new owner next season!

Really not fussed if he goes. £2m for him would be very fair and should enable the club to lose Bindon for nothing in the summer.

Noel confirms that we "hopefully, possibly" might be able to bring in a replacement for Smith.

Day and a half to go and a number of Championship clubs are looking at Knibbs. of course all the twitter kids are spitting out their dummies.

Harvey celebrating in front of 1871 (that he does every time we win) looked like goodbye :D

If the Bindon rumours are true then, combined with the Smith sale, you'd hope we'd only sell Knibbs for 2x or 3x what he is worth.

If you watch Knibbs's celebration after yesterday's penalty on the highlights it looks like he's mouthing/gesturing that's he's staying...

I would think that Selles wouldn`t mind him up at Hull but he`ll wait until the summer.

So Smith out/Bodin in is pretty much it. That's actually a fairly decent window considering we expected the worst.

Bouzanis (accompanied by a very unflattering picture looking pretty hefty) leaving too.
