Puncheon would be a good bet as I think he's out of contract at the end of the season.
I wouldn't write off Lallana as I dont think Pochettino plays him that much does he? Whilst i doubt it would happen, with Adkins in charge and throwing a shed load of money at him you never know...

Been struggling with injuries.

Put it this way. there's more chance of us signing Scunthorpe's left back than there is of signing Luke Shaw. That pretty much goes for every position on the pitch and anyone who thinks otherwise is utterly deluded.

A more realistic signing would be Billy Sharp if, as is almost certain, we are back in the Chump next season. NA had him at Scunthorpe and also signed him for Southampton. A fee of around £2million should get him and should be affordable for us as well.

Won't effect anything, plus negotiations would be done with Hammond. Cortese was the one who fired Adkins, so if anyone should feel aggrieved it would be Adkins, however, if there is a player we want and Southampton want to sell, these past grudges will mean nothing. It's business.

The Mirror are running with Billy Sharp being our first signing this summer. It wouldn't be a great surprise, and he's a big improvement on Hunt and Church, so I'd be more than happy with that. Bit too similar to Le Fondre perhaps.
Elmo's Park Puncheon would be a good bet as I think he's out of contract at the end of the season.
He signed a contract extension.
No surprises if Sharpe comes here.
