What would you have changed this season?

I know the season isn't over yet, but what would you have changed about Reading this season? I know they should have spent more in January, seeing as we actually had the funding. I would have also liked to seen us of load a few of our players that weren't getting game time, or to even loan them out to a championship team to get experience.

personally, and to appease the HNA Managers Association, I would've sacked the entire promotion squad, and signed Barcelona.

We should have bought RVP instead of United, moved to a groundshare with Swindon for the LOLz, and played with a rush goalie system.
