Never trust a man with a woman's name...or the daily mail.

What's he like on Football Manager?

Moved to Malaga for £2.5m on mine and has been a regular starter for them for six or seven years.

No idea if he's any good in real life but he's played a few games at a good level, surely can't be too bad.

Seems to have the credentials. Spanish players are normally comfortable on the ball which would be a bonus. Daily Mail seem pretty convinced..

The link below is a video of his Champions League performance against Bayern in 2011. No doubt it's one of his better games and he might've tailed off a little since, but he looks handy on this evidence.

Charles Watts ‏@charles_watts 33s
Understand there are legs to this Joan Oriol link. One LB, one CM and two strikers on the agenda before deadline day

Looks to read the game well, tries to keep tight and play it simple and safe. I like this. Frees Obita to play further forward and take some pressure off of HRK and McCleary, our other senior wingers who are, of course, both injured.

Don't believe so, they had a trialist called Joel Dielna start at left back.

EDIT: no idea if he was in the directors box, but don't believe he played.

Watts says this is was Thai interest and not Adkins'. Sounds like more of the same interference as Zingarevich. Expect that's the same with Ferdinand.

Watts RT'd the local press guy up there who said yes, and they interviewed him.
