I think savage would be a top signing he is still a top player and would give us a bit of fighting spirit. The only reason he hasnt been playing recently is that he has been injured. Yes to huddlestone. Not sure about routledge could be another rosenior and we dont need to sign any more players for our reserve team and have never really seen gardener play.

 at every suggestion being either too old or not good enough.

Savage would be a great signing whichever way you look at it.

Wigan would love him, will pay him, and he wouldn't have to move to play there. I'd say that's a more likely destination. And he thrived under Steve Bruce before.

Looks like he'll be playing next season in the championship.

LOL says Sunderland put a bid in as well...
Is there ANYONE Keane hasn't tried?

Maybe he should try a new tactic... like stalking players tarred and feathered in his Y-fronts then begging them to join his club?

It might be a bit less humiliating.

Didn't he want to leave Birmingham to be closer to his family in North Wales?

Presumably, Derby is even closer than Blackburn then................

Didn't they have a massive falling out though when he left for Blackburn?

He wants to near to Cheshire so Wigan would fit the bill.

Chester City would be better.

I now like Savage for rejecting Sunderland!

Did anyone see SSN yesterday when Savage walked up to a blue Saxo and pretended to open up the door, only to laugh at the camera and then get in his Bentley!
