Paul Ince would be crazy to move on after just one season at MK Dons and having just won promotion - he'll be accused of being a mercenary after just one season at Macclesfield and then one season at MK Dons. And we could be open to accusations of tapping up.

I'm not sure Ince would leave quite so quickly when it seems they've got a decent side and some money around to support him BUT he will know that in this game fortunes can change pretty quickly and Reading would represent a significant step up whilst his stock is high.

Never really liked him and his self-acclaimed 'Gaffer' status, but he seems to be having a positive effect as a manager and we could do a lot worse.

I still think it Hoddle would be on our shortlist.
