Royal Rother I know we can go overboard with this (it was only 15 minutes after all), but can anyone tell me they've seen another signing made by a team in our mini-league in Januray so far who has impressed as much or is likely to have a bigger impact in the coming months than Matejovski?
Which was kind of the point of this thread....

Ideal Matejovsky had a good ten minutes on the pitch, but do you realisticly think he will run about like that for 90 minutes?.

I can see why so many people dislike you Rother. You're such a smug tosser. But quite often, like now, right and well reasoned.

brendywendy i thought the thing about matajovsky was the skill on the ball and the three defence splitting passes he made that oozed class that impressed rather than his ability to run about
think he gave the ball away for their 1st, :

whereas I assume all the teams below us have a much easier set of fixtures for their last 15 games...Ideal I'm glad a 0-2 defeat is enough to calm everyone's fears of relegation.
In the real world though we will still be missing a right winger and gunnarsson will still not be good enough to replace Sidwell adequately.
Have a look at the fixture list:

I can barely see us winning four, possibly five out of those. Do the math.

The whole year inn A tad worrying that after the best game we have played in a while, Coppell decides to openly admit in the press that his backroom staff picked the side and formation

79Royal Harper, IMO, has been doing a great job in covering his position and the position next to him, but it's obvious that we need someone who is prepared to play a holding role in midfield.

cmonurz Premiership experience, tough tackler, confident performing a holding role, available for little or no transfer fee, Robbie Savage……oh.
