Would happily stump up some £££ for a compilation DVD or something similar.

Someone ought to ask STAR if they'd act as a "clearing house" to bring together all such clips.

Svlad Cjelli Someone ought to ask STAR if they'd act as a "clearing house" to bring together all such clips.
Might be difficult for STAR considering it's technically illegal to record eastenders or something off the tv and lend the dvd/video to someone else. I would think they would not want to officially be associated with something that could be percieved to be illegal.

Different matter if it's acquiring actual rights though / reselling legal VHS/DVD's.

Bump.

2 Questions:

1. Does anyone have Royals Gems 1984/86?

2. If so, Can I borrow it? I have the 87/88 and 88/89 Videos which you are welcome to borrow in exchange.

Im in the process of copying my videos up to DVD, I will shortly have 91/92 and 92/93 uploaded along with some of the live games from the Mid 90s, Tranmere away being the pick.

Still should be brought ot STAR's attention, they're meant to represent us after all.

STAR can then raise it with the club and somebody presumably could look at the feasibility of turning out a set of "highlights from seasons past" DVDs. If there's then enough interest, fans could pay £x up to cover costs of manufacture/copyright etc.

Be good if eventually we could get something of all the seasons from 84/85 onwards highlighted onto DVDs

Don't forget the Robin Friday documentary that was done by a student called "Wonder Goals and Cowboy Boots". The student did it as a project not because he was a RFC fan.
