Palace tickets FA Cup

by LoyalRoyal22 » 22 Feb 2016 08:36

Will the tickets go to ST holders first & then work its way down the amount of Royalty points you have?

Hope its not ST holders & then general sale..

Also will you be able to bring a +1

Cant remember how they did it for the Bradford game

However they do it, we need to create a right Russ Abbot for this one, as I can hear the Eagles chant cascading down the South Stand already. Shirley we've got to sell out for this one. I mean what was going on with all the spare seats in the North Stand on Saturday?

Didn't we only just manage to sell out the Bradford game last season an hour or two before KO? I assume it'll go to season ticket holders first and then on sale to all member card holders.

Not sure if they will do general sale on this with Palace likely to sell out very quickly.

As per previous, ST holders will get first jibbings for a few days then it'll go to general sale

I would expect a crowd of about 20k given the fact it'll be on the telly, it's Palace who aren't a big club - in the PL sense - and the utter mediocrity of our season having already damaged our attraction.

I'd expect us to get close to a sell-out on this, maybe 22-23k. Tickets should be relatively cheap and it's a game with meaning.

I would be very supprised if we don't sell this one out. Given the fact that we sold Bradford out on a Monday night.

No more cheap tickets please!

£20 for adults £10.00 concessions stay away if you don't like it.

If a tenner was fair enough for Walsall, WBA should have been £15.00 and £5.00 more for this one...............anything less for the last 8 of the cup would be taking the p*ss.

I don't care if more would come if we gave seats away, this is still far cheaper than most members pay for league games. Those who claim to "support" the club should be happy to pay a fair price.

STH's then those with high points and finally general sale.

Depends who defines fair price.
I thought WBA would have been a bit dearer than that.

FA rules require a minimum adult price of £15 unless both teams agree to reduce it.

I don't get this.

Why are you so keen for the club to charge more? Is it a concern that someone won't get a ticket as those who don't support the club "properly" will sneak in and buy them all?

I think it's great they charged £10 for WBA

How about cheap tickets for those with x number of royalty points from this year and/or those who went to the other cup games only.

I can't believe you are moaning that the prices are too cheap! Shouldn't it be the otherway round?

Of course, there is nothing to stop you offering to pay more for your ticket - I'm sure the club won't mind, although the ticket office staff may get confused.
