Forbury Lion Could the Thai's be in co-hoots with the Chinese and plan on forming the Thames Valley Royals and selling both stadiums to groundshare with Didcot Town?

With Anton and Samuelson behind the whole thing!! It all makes sense now!

Since mad John sold up its been a right buggers muddle knowing the intentions of the past owners. The Chinese came at the right time, the Thai's had their property deal done and wanted out. Would really like fans to start putting pressure on the club to allow GR or TTE to do a frank and honest interview with the owners. It's time they introduced themselves.

And they would probably have got way with it too if it wasn't for you pesky kids.

Going back to Tiger's possible interest in Oxford, could he possibly have seen the size of their car park while watching the goals round up on Channel 5?

If the car park follows the New Royal Elm Park template we can presumably expect to see New U's Manor Ground plans submitted within a year.

Posted this in a thread in club policies a few days ago, maybe worth reiterating here.

Some interesting stuff going on with the "Reading Football Holding Ltd" right now.

Which led me to finding the company pressing litigation against us was HEC Finance 03 Ltd

HEC Finance 03 Ltd are a Hong Kong registered company (0874965 - previously Sun Chung Nam Finance Ltd), Directors are Cindy Miao Ling Liao and So Yuet Tong. Can't see anything interesting about them.

Shares in HEC Finance 03 Ltd are held by Satinu Resources Group Ltd and Enerchina Holdings Ltd (again. trail goes dead).

It relates to this charge (0940 2921 0002) - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/comp ... nidyPQjTaU - from 21 June for $5,000,000, which it appears we have defaulted on.

What's interesting is Nigel Howe resigned from being a Director of the Holding company on 29 November. 2 days after the litigation was filed. He's still on the main club.

Court case was 01 December. Can't see the outcome anywhere.

Tom Nomuk (https://twitter.com/tomnomuk formerly at Reading https://www.readingfc.co.uk/news/2014/j ... -in-india/, now at Villa http://www.newsvoir.com/release/aston-v ... -7140.html) is drawing links to Samuelson and Obolensky (not sure if that's fact or 2+2=5) as being behind this company and them having filed litigation - claimed he was in the UK a fortnight or so back to go to court - he said Reading were given time to pay, but have to pay.

Also, the VIBRAC charge is still outstanding on Companies House against the main club. I'm assuming that should be shown as settled? Don't want Samuelson's grubby mitts anywhere near our club.

Maybe that’s why they’ve been drip feeding us the Liam Moore story for the past month. Could be bye, bye Liam to service the debt in January.

I think it is far more likely that Samuelson has met his match and that the, very wealthy, owners are fighting the charge. We shall see.

The holding club is separate, and the number of shares were increased which put £15m into the main company in January. Doubt it'll affect transfers.

That sounds better, let's hope so.

Likely to relate to REP rather than the football club I think

Could be (but if it is, isn't it a little weird Howe is no longer a Director given that's his focus? or HEC Finance 03 being a Hong Kong based company, when Yongge is a HK national (and the ones overseeing REP are the thais?)

The security to the loan seemed to be shares in the REP development company. Just drawing (a probably wrong) conclusion.

According to this video (5.00) our Chinese owner is paying a £100k / week salary to a player we've probably never heard of at his second division side Beijing Renhe.

On one hand encouraging that money is there, on the other hand oxf*rd disastrously depressing that there doesn't seem to be a clue on what to spend it on.

Slightly disturbing as you say, bit like the £60m 'the club' borrowed from another company also owned/controlled by them ..

Positive news on Get Reading or whatever they are calling it now on the training ground. Genuinely seems that progress is being made there, largely driven by Gourlay and the owners.

No doubt someone will come along and shoot this down and say its being funded by a loan from some Cocaine cartel in Mexico, but on the face of it, it looks good

If it was funded by a cocaine cartel that might explain why the team have been playing as if drugged half the time. I would also have a lot more respect for the team if we were. Maybe next season's kit sponsers can be MS-13 or something.

Really? Would suggest that with the slow play and inaccurate passes they're more likely oxf*rd off ket.

Coke might actually give them a kick up the arse.
