Just beware that:

1) town will be on lockdown

2) large queues everywhere

3) probably tons of police and crowd control

4) will struggle getting in the main places unless there 1-2 hours early

Why doesn't everyone just go to yours? You can put on a nice spread.

What’s everyone’s plan for when we win this thing?

I’ll probably watch the final with my old man but I’m thinking I’d head into town to join the mental celebrations. Or better still jump on a train and go to London. Trafalgar Square will be buzzing on a scale that Friar Street won’t be able to match.

I can hardly wait. But it’s been 52 years I suppose, so another week won’t kill me.

10pm kick off here. Perth Casino sports bar, oxf*rd huge screen and guaranteed to be a good atmosphere. Suspect I'll be in there early doors so will be steamed by the time the match is over and then stupidly gamble away money I shouldn't be spending to celebrate the win.

ICH.

Do we know if we're getting the bank holiday on the 16th or will it be on the 17th so we can go to the open top bus parade?

Better to be safe and book that whole week off. The celebrations will be unmissable.

My brother is going camping tomorrow and is trying to persuade me to join him in some woods to watch the game. Apparently he’s building a shack out of tarpaulins and has convinced himself only that it’s going to be a great place to watch the game. I’ll stick with the pub thank you. Anyway, here’s the plan he sent me as a way of convincing me. God love him!

God aren't the BBC football pundits awful-particularly Lineker.
I will deffo be switching on; just before kick off. Probably in the back garden, under the canopy.
Funny I use to love Cup Final day, and would get up and start watching right from the off, mid morning. Not now though.
However one of my favourite programmes is Sunday Supplement. Journos a lot more knowledgeable and entertaining than the ex footballers.
Will be watching with mute on, tried listening to radio commentary and watch on TV for our Cardiff game-but that didn't work- as the radio commentary seemed to be a good minute ahead.
