He's been better of late, but still not good enough and getting rid of this ludicrously poor value signing would be fantastic news.

Would be excellent news, biggest waste of money ever. An utterly ridiculous amount spent on a player who Reading didn't need and was wildly inconsistent at best even at Fulham.

Wish him all the best though and hope it all works out for him so he can make it permanent.

Agreed. I was miffed when we spunked all that money on him in the first place.

Always thought he was a panic buy.

Pleeease let this be true.

One amazing game recently, an amazing goal a while back, and nothing else at all.

Would explain why he's been selected recently and also his marginally improved performances (albeit measured against a very low benchmark). £ for £ probably one of, if the the poorest signings we've ever made, so if this is true and we can squeeze any kind of fee out of it, then it's bordering on the miraculous.

That would be a clever way to ease any FFP issues. Presumably there is something in the rules to stop them being bent quite that much?!

Clever way of getting capital out of China.

Perhaps we could sell a few more players as well. Get relegated. Then storm league one next season.

Well 25,000,000 Yuan would equate to about £2.8m so I'm sure we'd all take that!!!

I’d be one of the few sorry to see him go. Shame it hasn’t worked out because he is a quality player at this level. We have just never looked like we know how to use him. However, I’m not going to argue that he has been anything other than another big money flop for us. We seem to like breaking our transfer record for players who turn shite the minute they pull on blue and white hoops! I blame Carl Asaba.

Said it before and will say again - whole reason the Dai's bought the club.

Absolutely take 3mil, all said and done maybe we paid closer to 4-5 mil anyway, and not the 7.5 circulated in here.

Not to fund an underperforning football team though.

Riches are in the Premier League.

It's not about the riches per se, surely its just about getting clean money in the UK
