Have heard on the grapevine lincoln red imps are the favourites to get through here and could command some big money. They are a tough team to break down away from home with a great ball playing midfielder commanding the centre circle and the old fashioned big man little man up top á'la Quinn and Phillips.

Tenner on them to win.

That's a shame but hopefully home advantage will be key in the 2nd leg.

University team Cardiff met (are they the only ever uni team to get to europe? I remember team bath were a good uni team and got to the fa cup proper I believe before they disbanded) 1-0 down but have home advantage against a team from Luxembourg called progress niederhorn..... who hilariously knocked rangers out a few years ago and last season were within 1 minute of getting through to the final play off round of the europa league.

The Enfield Royal71 Has scottish football hit a new low?

Welsh part timers connah quay nomads knock out Kilmarnock by winning away from home

The Welsh part-timers set up a second qualifying round tie with Partizan Belgrade after a stunning 2-0 win at Rugby Park overturned a 2-1 deficit.

Six of the Nomads team, who will get home at 05:00 BST, have work on Friday.

Looking at it in a more positive way, what a win for the part-timers, who also beat Falkirk last year. They are rewarded with a tie with Partizan Belgrade.

Good win for Crusaders to set up an all British tie with Wolves.

Got a soft spot for the Nomads. I was born in Connah's Quay.

trying to get tickets for Progrès Niederkorn v Rangers on Thursday.

The plucky Luxembourgers are 2 nil down from the away leg, so will prolly go out.

Having said that, Niederkorn (the fifth best team in Luxembourg) eliminated Rangers a couple of years ago.
