But at least we are putting them to the sword and being professional about it. 12 goals for and none against in 2 pre-season games will build confidence regardless of opposition.

When was the last time we hit double figures? Seem to recall an 11 or 12-0 win in Sweden a few years back.

Any negativity is pathetic.

You can only beat what is put in front of you. We won easily. We won last Saturday.

Move on. Job done. Anyone with ANYTHING negative to say should take a day off.

Surprised Obita didn't get a run out. Did he come on? Any ideas on how he is doing?

Think it's all pretty tongue in cheek. Nice to actually have something to cheer about even if it's a friendly against a Sunday league side.

Lighten up, it's all in good fun. I know that's an alien concept on here.

Simon's Church Anyone seen much of odimayo then? Any good?

He's fine. Bit like Osho and Ilori, very quick and sleek rather than aggressive.

I'd have Holmes ahead of him but not very much. McIntyre and Osho are noticeably better.

If he had to play a game then there would be no need to panic, but I also wouldn't get too excited.

Everyone saying we beat a pub team...

Didn't the team we just played come 6th in the same league that St Josephs came 3rd in? Rangers just won 4-0 against St Josephs in a Europa League qualifier; we won 10-0 with a near full academy graduate team winning the first half 3-0.

Ours was only a friendly, not a competitive game, but - and I don't know the lineup details - they're a Semi pro team with Gibraltar national team players (who only lost 1-0 to the Republic of Ireland in March this year!).

We'll have far sterner tests, but this WAS an impressive result.

Honestly oxf*rd the haters. The result doesn't even matter. Our players are scoring. That's what matters.

This tour should be about fitness, tactics and both individual and team performances. This game was likely pretty good kn all fronts. That cant be a negative thing.

Interesting thanks. Didn't realise he's the same age as Holmes, thought he was a year younger.

Highlights of the 10-0 on the main site

Some nice attacking play and finishing (Holsgrove and Meite especially). Obvs then defending from the Gib side not the best as you'd expect.

Positive result and players scoring....need that to happen no matter who its against. These friendly results are a damnsight more positive than the pathetic effort we saw last year under Clement.
