Royals and Racers Leicester v Reading is the draw. Good draw as Leicester are in the same league as London City but only half the points gained.
Leicester normally play their home games at Farley way stadium home of Quorn FC - the pitch is a 4G

Womens FA cup 5th round match is this Sunday KO 2pm at Quorn FC - great chance for the Royals to progress to the QF’s

Can't see there being many meaty tackles in that one.

I own up! It took me a while to see what you had done there!

Incidentally Fara Williams was recently interviewed on 'The Offside Rule - WSL Edition' podcast and said that the coaching that she's received since joining Reading a couple of years ago has been the best that she's received in the whole of her career.

Given that Williams has played at the very highest levels of the women's game, that's a fantastic credit to Reading FC.

Look fairly comfortable in 4th. Slight shame they are so far from 3rd but seems to be a solid enough season

Considering who the top three are, it's puts us Best of the Rest. Man. City, Chelsea and Arsenal finish in the top three most (if not all) seasons.

Yes indeed. That gap seems to have opened up quite a bit though

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think we ended only 5 or points behind 3rd last year and the gap is currently 15

It was so obvious who the top 3 should be that before the season started the BBC asked 6 pundits who would finish 4th. Two chose Reading, two Manchester United, two someone else (can't remember who, but probably Liverpool). If Bruton hadn't got injured I think we would be clearer in 4th. If we still had Earps we might have been able to challenge the top 3.

To be fair to Grace Moloney and Rachel Lawes, I can't think of many points that have been lost due to them - possibly Grace being sent off v Chelsea? Although IMO Jo Potter was also partly to blame for that situation and it would have been a great achievement to have got a point even with 11 players.

Unfortunately the team as a whole have been too inconsistent this season, losing and drawing games where they should probably have picked up wins had they played to the potential of the team and squad.
