LUX Plus one re Villa, definitely my first choice.

Arsenal cannot throw it away surely?

Losing to villa was always possible and city beating Sunderland was certain so it was always feasible, now let`s see what happens next week when Arsenal host Wolves and city travel to Palace, it`s only early December, no team has ever won the league before Christmas.

Having not seen the table in a while, things that surprised me.

Just how close it is at the top, I thought apart from Arsenal the others were further back.

Everton 5th

Bournemouth dropped to 13th

I’m no fan of Leeds but I like to see ‘established’ premier league teams get relegated so pleased to see they have picked up a few points.

I’d love West Ham to go down, Brentford and Fulham, I’ve nothing against but as a neutral seeing others being drawn into the mix would make it interesting.

Championship wise, Norwich really are in a spot of bother

Pompey / Oxford happy to see either or both go

If Emery had been afforded a fraction of the patience and money Arteta has had I’m convinced Arsenal would have won the league by now.

Following Wenger with a massive rebuild required was always going to be a tough gig initially. Same applies to Moyes at Utd to a lesser degree. Set up to fail before they bring in a more trendy “super coach”
