Brogue
Mid Sussex Royal Jacob won't be as he's not even in the official team photo....

Yes he’s picked up a serious injury and is going back in jan.

Shame he's left (or is leaving) the club due to that. I do think could do a good job for someone in League One, but as a wing-back (three centre-backs) or playing in a position higher up the pitch.

The atmosphere surrounding him here means this is really not the right environment for him to be in, even if he was to be guaranteed regular football.

Quite looking forward to tonight. Assuming same team as Blackpool to start

Marriott still touch and go according to Leam. 2 months out with a sore hammy not great. No mention of Lane or Elliott

Given he said he wouldn't give injury updates, I wonder how much is gamesmanship and mind games. Get Posh to split their defensive prep between managing Marriott and Ehibhatiomhan, who are quite different threats, when he knows exactly who will be playing already.

He’s certainly got some reason for being so selective in updates. Does make it all a bit confusing

Surely Marriott won’t start after 2 months out with us winning the last 3-0 though? Not unless other injuries anyway

I can't imagine - unless there are injuries - for Leam not to start with the same starting 11 as beat Blackpool.

Marriott - if fit - would be on the bench and maybe, depending on circumstances, come on for a 10/15 minute run towards the end of the game.
